Return & Exchange Guidelines

• Returned items must be in their original condition — unused, unwashed, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
• In case of re-dispatch or second-time shipping, an additional ₹150 shipping charge will be applicable. Customers may also choose to arrange self-shipping.

• Items bought during sale, clearance, combo deals, bundle offers, or pre-discounted promotions are treated as final sale products and cannot be returned. However, exchanges for a different size may be possible depending on stock availability.

  A reverse shipping fee of ₹150 will apply for exchanges on such orders.

• Applying a discount coupon at checkout does not automatically make the item non-returnable. Eligibility depends on whether the product was originally listed as a full-price or discounted item.
